Automotive research

Take part in research to help vehicle designers develop the cars of the future.

Automotive research projects are an interesting and exciting opportunity for you to share your opinions with the people who design the vehicles on our roads.  You’ll get to see prototype designs that haven’t yet been released to the public, and maybe even take a test drive!

Vehicle companies are always working to improve on their achievements, so they really want to hear what you have to say when you join in with a Take Part in Research project. Getting involved is easy:

  1. Automotive companies need feedback from vehicle consumers on their designs.
  2. They hire us to arrange a research project for them.
  3. We invite you to attend a “car clinic” or discussion on the topic.
  4. You join the conversation and receive a generous cash incentive for taking part!

What is a Car Clinic?

This is one of our most popular automotive research options. A car clinic is like a private exhibition that only research participants are allowed to attend. You’ll see many prototype designs on display, and there’ll be lots of opportunity for you to look around and tell us what you think of them.

Other options to take part in research include group discussions or one-to-one interviews.

In an automotive Take Part in Research project, our friendly expert research facilitators will ask you about your experiences as a driver and as a car buyer. We’ll also ask you a few questions about yourself. It’s a fun, relaxed experience, and your privacy and anonymity is respected at all times.

Would you like to take part in paid automotive research? Our members generally receive a cash reward of £40 to £250 for their help in shaping the future of motoring.

Sign up today and we’ll let you know when there’s an automotive research project near you!
